3. Reward & Wallet System
Students and teachers earn reward points based on defined rules. Points are released monthly and cannot exceed the total course cost. Redemption requires at least two successful referrals.
4. Video Learning & Assessments
Students earn points after completing course videos and passing MCQ tests. Reward logic is customizable and managed by the admin.
5. Payments & Security
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayU).
- We do not directly transfer or hold any student bank data.
- KYC for payment gateways must be completed by the client.
6. SMS Communication (If Enabled)
We may send SMS notifications using third-party bulk SMS providers. Clients are responsible for DLT registration and sender ID setup if custom SMS branding is required.
7. Data Ownership & Access
- All data is securely stored and managed by our technical team.
- Clients will have access to their data through secure dashboards or reports.
- Access to internal systems is limited and granted only when necessary for support or maintenance.
